Hotel rooms have been blocked for AGWA guests at the group rate of $183.00 per night + taxes.  This rate includes breakfast. To make reservations at AGWA's group rate, please call 703-842-1635.  The group rate is only available until October 16, 2012, or as long as space is available. Parking is available at the hotel for $10 day rate for meeting guests or $18 overnight rate for hotel guests.  The hotel provides complimentary shuttle from Reagan National Airport to the hotel.  Free wireless service is provided in the meeting room, lobby, and sleeping rooms.

Guests are invited to attend the 2012 Annual Grant Conference.  Guest early registration is $229.00 if received by October 18, 2012. Guest registration received after October 18th or at the door is $269.00.  Registration includes the presensentations, 2 networking lunches and coffee breaks.  The Pre-Conference Workshop is an additional $30.  You can also reserve a seat at the 10th Anniversary Dinner; dinner charges will be paid directly to the restaurant on Nov 15th.  Early registration will begin May 1, 2012.

 Members are entitled to a $40 discount on Registration to attend the 2012 Annual Grant Conference.  To receive this discount follow these procedures:

  1. If paying by check, print the Registration Form and mail to AGWA with your check.
  2. If paying by credit card, login to Members Only and register for the 2012 Annual Conference.

Member Registration Rates

  1. Early Registration for Members is $189 and is available until Oct 18, 2012
  2. Registration for Members is $229 and is available after Oct 18, 2012 or at the door.
  3. Pre-Conference Workshop is $20 for Members.
  4. Reserve a seat for the 10th Anniversary Dinner for $0.00 - Charges for dinner and beverages will be paid directly to the restaurant on Nov 15th.
