Hotel rooms have been blocks for AGWA guests at the group rate of $159.00 per night + taxes. To make reservations, please call the hotel at 800-325-3535.  Our group rate is only available until October 28, 2013, or as long as space in our group block is available.  Parking is available at the hotel for $22.50 per night for hotel guests or $18 per day for meeting guests.  The hotel does provide a complimentary shuttle from Reagan National Airport to the hotel.

Guests are invited to attend the 2013 Annual Grant Conference.  
  • Early Guest Registration will be available June 1, 2013 until October 24, 2013 -- $229 per person.
  • Regular Guest Registration will be available October 25, 2013 through November 21, 2013 -- $269 per person.
Registration includes presentations at general sessions and breakout sessions, 2 networking luncheons, and coffee breaks on November 21-22, 2013.

 Members are entitled to a $40 discount on Registration to attend the 2013 Annual Grant Conference.  To receive this discount follow these procedures:

  1. If paying by check, print the Registration Form and mail to AGWA with your check.
  2. If paying by credit/debit card, login to Members Only and register for the 2013 Annual Conference.

Member Registration Rates

  1. Early Member Registration will be available June 1 - October 24, 2013 for $189.00 per person
  2. Regular Member Registration will be available October 25 - November 21, 2013 for $229 per persson.
  3. Member Registration rates for the Pre-Conference workshop is $99.00 per person.  Pre-conference registration is limited to members only.  Conference registration is required. 
    Training Funds

    Training Funds

    If you organization is seeking training funds to attend the Annual Grant Conference we recommend you contact the Workforce Development Board in your local county.  Each office has training funds to help employer's with training expenses.  The guidelines vary, but often the reimbursement is 50% of the training expense.
