Shipping PolicyShipping prices are included in the price of the book. Books are shipped within 5 working days by Priority Mail via the U.S. Post Office, FedEx or UPS at the preference of the shipper. BOOK RETURN POLICY. Books may be returned only if the cellophane wrapping has not been opened. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Books should be shipped to the following address: AGWA, 12551 Indian Rocks Rd Ste 12, Largo FL 33774. The refund (if the cellophane is unopened) will be the price of the book minus $7.50 shipping and handling fee which will be processed within 10 days of receipt of the returned book. There is no refund for books with opened celophane wrapper. Refund PolicyOnline Courses -- This package may be cancelled in full if cancellation is receive in writing (by mail or email) prior to the first course materials and assignments being emailed to the purchaser. No refund will be given for coursework not completed. No refund will be given for not registering to sit for the CGW exam. Annual Conference Registration Fees -- Registration Fees will be refunded in full if cancelled 5 business days prior to the first day of the Annual Conference. A partial refund of 50% will be given for cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the first day of the Annual Conference. Cancellation Notice should be in writing by email or letter. In-Person CGW Workshop Package or CGW Review Course - These courses will be refunded in full if cancelled 5 business days prior to the first day of the workshop. A partial refund of 50% will be given for cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the first day of the workshop. CGW Examination - The examination fee (if purchased separately) will be refunded in full if cancelled 5 business days prior to the examination date. A partial refund of 50% will be given if for cancellations received less than 5 business days prior to the date of the examination. |
